We are seeking parents and other caregivers who look after children with food allergies and/or intolerances to complete an online survey. We welcome responses from families dealing with a range of conditions, including anaphylaxis, food intolerance, coeliac disease, FPIES and eosinophilic disorders.

You can help with our research if you:

• regularly care for one or more children with food allergies/intolerances,
• live in Australia, and
• are over 18 years of age.

We estimate that the survey should take approximately 15-30 minutes to complete, depending on how much information you wish to provide for the open-ended questions.
